Before a wall can be removed and a structural beam can be placed, a new temporary support wall is typically required - as specified by our engineer.

Tweaks to plugs and switches are sometimes required during cabinet installation.
A change in the sink position might require is to jackhammer space for new plumbing lines.

We often move sinks and faucets to deal with a new plumbing configuration.
In some cases it is easier to remove the tile and the sheetrock as one unit.
New sheetrock is installed as a smooth, straight surface for new tile.
In most cases we paint ahead of cabinets going in as can be seen from the previous picture.
Sometimes the tile can be removed on it's own and the old sheetrock left in place.
Additional work is done to float the old wall and provide a smooth surface for tile.

Big flooring installations are done with various companies and subs we like to work with.
Installing ahead of cabinets can be easier as the space is wide open.
Some cabinets have snap-on toe-kick, resting on top of the floor with no trim needed.
The cabinet installer will confirm the layout plan and various site conditions.
We use specialist cabinet installers to do the work. It is very technical and precise in nature
Depending on the brand of cabinets, lights are installed with cabinets or later in the project.
After cabinets are installed, a template is done to provide detailed measurements.
The purpose is to measure for details like you see here - a turn around a wall.
Should there b a major delay - we offer a temporary sink service.
Material will arrive pre-cut with various tweaks handled on site.
It takes a lot of experience (and heavy lifting) to get this done.
Countertop installation is a big milestone and it means we are close to completion.
The countrtop installers will install the sink, but the plumbing hookup is done by us.
Shut down valves are replaced at this stage and the new faucet is hooked up to them.
The dishwasher is connected to the appropriate supply valves and drain lines.
Disposal is hooked up including electrical
Any special soap dispensers and sprayers are hooked up.
The fridge plumbing is hooked up and fridge gets installed
